Youth Evangelism Conference
Middle and high school students are invited to the Youth Evangelism Conference (YEC) in January. This is an exciting event that is hosted by the SBCV – the Southern Baptist Convention of Virginia.
Hundreds of students from across the state will gather to hear powerful messages and experience times of worship. A group will perform funny skits and students will experience a silent disco to their favorite beat.
More importantly, it’s a time when young people will be challenged in God’s Word. YEC is held at London Bridge Baptist Church in Virginia Beach on January 17 – 18. Families are already signing up and you are invited to join us. If you register by December 13, it’s only $29 per person plus food and lodging.
A few chaperones are needed. Once students (and parents who would like to attend) sign up, the church will register everyone through the YEC event. If preferred, you can also sign up in the church office.
Contact Pastor Ishmael with any questions: 434-352-2336 or ilabiosa@libertybconline.org.

KIDSing Christmas Program - We Knead a Little Christmas
Join us Sunday, December 8 at 7pm in the Ministry Center for We Knead a Little Christmas. Bethlehem was called “the house of bread,” so no wonder that the little town’s best bakery is “The House of Bread.”
Owner Ezekiel, along with his wife Maya, and daughters Challah and Dora, are busily baking up fresh delights for the residents of Bethlehem, and all the visitors in for the census, when their son Babka, the shepherd, bursts on the scene with tales of angels appearing in the night sky. Excitement rises, along with the bread dough, with news of a baby born that very day — a Savior, who is Christ the Lord! Fresh baked, upper-crust, the best thing since sliced bread . . . We Knead a Little Christmas!

On December 1, a brochure highlighting them and the work they are doing will be available so you can pray for their needs. An envelope will be in the brochure for your offering. Please give what the Lord lays on your heart, so that the missionaries work can continue and many more can come to Christ.
Will you be a part of this great work? Your checks should be made payable to Liberty Baptist Church and indicate on the check for Lottie Moon. This year Liberty‘s goal is $30,000. What part will you give?
