Families in the rural areas of southwest Virginia need our help after remnants of Hurricane Helene left massive destruction. Raging flash floods washed more than 20 homes off their foundations and another 50 received significant damage.

The SBCV Disaster Relief team is working closely with emergency leaders from across multiple agencies. They are collecting baby formula, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, and hand-towels. Hygiene kits can be packed in a ziplock bag to include toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, and washcloth.

Liberty Baptist Church is collecting these supplies in the Ministry Center on Monday, October 7 - Wednesday, October 9. You can drop off donations at either 10am - 12pm or 5pm - 7pm. Every contribution goes directly to help families in need.
